Google recently announced that it is going to launch the next generation of Nexus 7 tablet. The device will be manufactured by Asus and is going to compete with the upcoming models of iPhone and Samsung galaxy series.
The new Nexus 7 boasts some of the finest features that come in different 7 inched tablets in today’s markets. It has the highest resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels that is more than any of the 7 inch tablets present in the world. Nexus 7 tablet will also be having 323ppi pixel density and a 10-point touch IPS panel.
There is a Qualcomm processor of 1.5GHz S4 Pro included in the device. It has also been provided with a powerful processor that will be accompanied with 4.3 Android Jelly Bean, Adreno 2GB RAM and 320 GPU.
Some of the other interesting features include 802.11n and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, 1.2 megapixel mega shooter, a 5 megapixel camera and the interesting wireless charging option. The device will go on sale through online store of Google and will be first released in the US.
This 16GB model is expected to be priced at $229 and costs lesser than the iPad mini. Its 32GB version will be a touch higher and it is going to be priced around $269.
