When it comes to the rollout, no official announcements were made either by Verizon or Nokia however the support page of Lumia 928 Verizon consisted of a changelog which includes Lumia Black features like ability to shut down apps running in background and Driving Mode.
Although, the update was successfully completed by most users but, apps specific to Lumia Black like Nokia Beamer and Nokia Storyteller couldn’t be downloaded by the users. The error message states that Lumia Black update is required for the installation of these apps.
Responding to the questions from the users, Nokia stated that they will delve into the issue to see what’s wrong and come up with information as soon as possible.

Nokia’s rumored low cost device has been in news for quiet a long time now. These rumors have given us information about its color options as well as the hardware and Android version.
But the news seems to be quiet different from the previous versions as this shows the name of the device. The leaked news and videos on the Internet show that this Android powered device might be codenamed Nokia “X”.
Nokia has not revealed more information about this device but the new video confirms that Nokia is busy making a new android powered smartphone.
This device will be included in the Asha line-up and will be in the low cost range. But it has the ability to run huge number of smartphone apps, thanks to the Android software used in this device.
The leaks show that the android version used in this device looks customized and gives the impression of a mashup of Nokia Asha and Windows Phone. Nokia’s release target for this phone is going to be the last quarter of 2014 and there are chances that Nokia might unveil it in the Mobile world Congress to be held in Barcelona in the month of February.
Those planning to get hold of the new Nokia Lumia 1520 will have to wait a bit longer as Microsoft along with AT&T announced that the Phablet will be made available starting November 22.
Verizon’s Nokia Lumia 2520 will be hitting the stores on that same day as well. AT&T will be launching Lumia 2520 along with Lumia 1520 as the company prefers in launching its latest hardware on Fridays.
Lumia 1520 is likely to be coming with a price tag of $199.99 with a 2-year contact, whereas both Verizon and AT&T will be offering Lumia 2520 at $499.99.
All these reports can’t be taken for granted as of now, needs to be written in pencil only. It is very much possible that both Nokia and Microsoft are planning an “all-gun-blazing” assault on that particular day since it is also the very day when Microsoft’s Xbox One will be hitting the stores as well.
This will allow both these companies to fill the stores with their goodies just ahead of Black Friday. So, one can safely say that fans of these two giants will be having a merry time in the days ahead.
