Videocon has launched two android based dual SIM Smartphones – A20 and A30, yesterday into the market. The devices are priced at $90.95 and $132.80 respectively.
The company said that the Smartphone range is aimed to the upcoming users who seek the best of technology at the most affordable price brackets.
The Videocon A20 features a 3.5-inch HVGA capacitive touch screen. It is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm processor with 256 MB RAM. It has a microSD for expendable memory storage up to 16GB and sports a 3 megapixel rear camera and a front-facing VGA camera. It runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.
The 1350 mAh battery runs on for a reasonable time on moderate usage. It also has FM radio with recording. It supports A2DP Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, WIFI and HSDPA 7.2Mbps in terms of connectivity.
The Videocon A30 features a 4.0-inch WVGA touch screen. It is driven by a 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and sports a 5 megapixel rear camera and a front-facing VGA camera. It has a microSD for expendable memory storage up to 32GB. The device packs a 1500 mAh battery that runs for reasonable time. It has Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, Wi-Fi and GPS in terms of connectivity.
A20 and A30, both come with preinstalled applications like Facebook, TOI, ET, History Eraser, Gesture Search and GPS and A-GPS, Google Apps.
